In previous posts, I have on occasion made jokes at the expense of the large number of Indian gentlemen involved in the software business, both as developers and recruiters. I just had the humbling experience of interviewing an Indian who is one of the smartest and most competent programmers I have ever met. His resume looks just like mine, but he can back it up. He actuall DOES write the tests before the code. As a result, I am going to do a sensitivity-training course organized by my employer's human resources department. Yes, I'm joking. Back
