The Tower area. It's a mini-Portland. Bars and bike shops. There's even a vegan restaurant. And you thought Fresno was only famous for its illicit recreational stimulant industry. This is me in the 'Spokeeasy' bike pub. Opposite is 'Tower Velo', where I finally managed to get a 20" presta tube. So I bought two.
