How to tell the time using Java (11 mar 09)

Go to http://time.gov/

Click on the map where you are currently located at

Wait a few seconds (Java is thinking)

If, under 'Right now, the official US time is:', is a blank space, click above it on the tiny letters which say 'Disable Java Animation'

Then it should tell you the time

UPDATE - June 30, 2010

I went to http://time.gov/ to find the difference between UK time and Pacific time. I'm running Mozilla Firefox 3.0.19 on Gentoo Linux 2.6.27 r8.

It hung my browser. Twice.

If the US government can't tell you the time, can it run a national health service?
