The refutation of morality (19 apr 16)

I thought up the best rebuttal of the concept of morality since Beyond Good and Evil. It goes like this:

Suppose there are two parties, the good guys and the bad guys. If doing the right thing corresponds to their interests, both parties will do it. It's a draw. But suppose doing the right thing - making things more good - does not correspond to their interests. The good guys will do the right thing, and, on average, lose. The bad guys will follow their interests, which means, by definition, they are more likely to win. Thus morality favours the bad guys. Morality is immorality. This is a contradiction. Therefore, morality is nonsense.

I just came across a more succint version of this argument:

The rain it raineth on the just,
And also on the unjust fella,
But more upon the just because
The unjust has the just's umbrella.
